Miracle Mineral Supplement (MMS) has growing worldwide popularity. Jim Humble's research indicates that it helps boost your immune system and combat many forms of common, chronic and life-threatening diseases, ailments, infections and poisons in the body. Activating & Taking An MMS Dose
To take MMS orally, simply add the prescribed number of MMS drops into a clean glass (one to 15 drops, depending your ailment and health). Then add five times as many drops of the MMS Activator (a 10% citric acid solution works best). Swirl the mixture lightly and allow 3 minutes for it to activate and reach the required rate of Chlorine Dioxide production. Now dilute the activated MMS solution with about two-thirds of a glass of clean water and drink. Wash down with more water if there is any after taste. When MMS is mixed and taken orally as described above, the small amounts of Chlorine Dioxide (ClO2) so generated are rapidly transported through the bloodstream to many parts of the body where it:
oxidises anaerobic pathogens on contact
causes no harm healthy body cells which are strongly bonded together (ClO2 is a weak oxidizer)
leaves no toxic or harmful residues in the body.

Some people see the word "Chlorine" and think that MMS might hurt them. ClO2 is not chlorine any more than "common" table salt (NaCl) is chlorine. They are two quite different things. Medical scientists claim that activated MMS cannot harm normal living cells - it floats right past them (unlike oxygen therapies, chemotherapy, radiation, therapy or ozone therapy). When ingested orally, the Chlorine Dioxide generated by activated MMS circulates in the body for about two hours. Another thing Jim Humble recommends is that you do not take MMS at the same time as taking anything containing added Vitamin C. Taking Vitamin C simultaneous with MMS is not harmful. It simply stops the generation of Chlorine Dioxide in the body and consequently stops MMS from working. So if you do need to take Vitamin C in any form, just take MMS first and then, after two hours, take your Vitamin C.
